Borgild is a Shield Maiden and bannerwoman of Clan of the Bear.
She begrudgingly joins Rig in the quest to stop Hvedrung and reclaiming the stolen Regal Horn, which later revealed to be Gjallhorn itself. Borgild's ancestors were famed for wielding Wurmslayer, Rimesteel-forged sword capable of killing Hrimgandr, spaws of Jormungandr imbued with fumes of Niflheim.
