Kaija can be recruited in the Training Camp for 40 Kröwns and 
40 Food. She has a recruitment cooldown at the beginning of the game and after each death. Like the Shield Maiden, she has 30% resistance against projectiles.
This unit will regenerate over time and produce food near Lake (with fish) in ally and neutral territory.
When unlocking 
200 Fame Kindred Spirit bonus, Kaija increases production on the area it is standing by 15%.
Kaija is a powerful defensive unit that cannot enter enemy territory until you have unlocked The Bear Awakens upon reaching 500 Fame.
