Sailors are, alongside with merchants, one of the principal gold income source in the game. They can be hired through the Longship Docks or the Harbor and will sail the sea generating 2 Kröwns 
and 0.8 Lore 
or 0.1 Fame 
by default.
Each raid will last one month during which player won't be able to move or re-affect the sailors until he interrupted the raid and waited for them to return at the dock.
Specific production bonuses[]
Sailors production can be improved through the following :
- Improving their tools gives a 15% bonus to all sailors production.
- Shipbuilding knowledge gives a 25% bonus to all sailors production.
- Upgrading the longship dock or harbor increase the building Kröwns production by 20% and adds a worker slot. It will not affect lore or fame production.
