Skirmisher Camp is a unique building of Snake clanThe Shirmisher Camp allows you to train Villagers into Skirmishers for a price of 15 Kröwns; this price increases by 5 Kröwns for every soldier composing the warband. If a soldier is lost either due to death or being recruited at another building, the price will revert to the corresponding level.
Also allows you to Hire 
Signy for 150 Kröwns. Only one Signy can be hired at a time, regardless of the number of Skirmisher Camps.
Upgraded
Gain + 1 Warband capacity and increase Skirmishers attack power by 5%.
